The Be Legendary Institute was founded by Larry “Coach T” Thomas, a 35-year veteran in football coaching and education with a passion for student growth both on and off the field. His background includes coaching quarterbacks at IMG Academy and decades of success developing student-athletes at various high schools within NYC PSAL & FHSAA.

With over 20 years of service in education, I’ve dedicated my life to empowering students and uplifting families across the country. From classrooms to athletic fields, I’ve mentored, taught, and trained thousands of young people—meeting them where they are and helping them rise and become legendary. Be Legendary Institute is an approved provider for the Step Up For Students Scholarship Program, helping families access quality education without financial barriers. If your child qualifies for one of Florida’s scholarship options—such as the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship, Family Empowerment Scholarship, or Personalized Education Program (PEP)—those funds can be used to cover tuition and services at our institute. Contact us today to get started or to see how your child’s scholarship can be applied. You can use the scholarship to pay $10,000.00 and pay off the balance monthly throughout the year.

This means there are only about 6,000 professional sports jobs, and 98.4% have to work in other professions.
